Sometimes referred to as “Paradise on Earth,” Kashmir is the nineteenth largest state in India and is located mostly in the Himalayas. The best months to visit would be from March through August when both spring and summer can be experienced. Spring (March to early May) and summer (early May to late August) are the two seasons which fall within this time frame thereby making it more advisable to go then since everything is in full bloom with cool climate for sightseeing. Nevertheless its attractiveness is beyond description hence making it necessary for someone like myself who has already been there not once but many times always finds new things captivating about such a place like Kashmir which seem never have any ending at all regarding its beauty.
